I want them to correct their records and I want a response from them. All because this company is grabbing information haphazardly without due diligence. But where are they grabbing this info from? I have several phone's on my account because I am a retiree from Bell can have 10 lines at discount so family 's on my account. And # of inquiries, which might also be acceptable since I applied for a card in July '22. The other 2 factors were Time since most recent revolving acct, which I will give them. I have had this phone for 23 years and I have been at this address for `***** years. "History at address & phone", and "History at this phone". Letter received on 1/26/23 states adverse factors were all on the co-applicant (me). The dealership turned the loan application in at a couple of places and one was ********* which used SageStream, LLC to get a credit report. On 1/5/23, I co-signed for an auto loan for my daughter because my credit with both experian and with transunion was over 820 and hers was not very good. 15 USC ****S-2 (A)(1): a person shall not furnish any information relating to a customer to any consumer reporting agency, if the person knows, or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate 15 USC ****C (a)(5) sections states: no, consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information: any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes, which, antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 USC **** section 604 A, section 2: it also states, a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC **** section 602 a states I have a right to privacy. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act, these companies have violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy confidentiality under 15 USC ****. It has come to my knowledge Sagestream has been supplying my personally identifiable information to 3rd parties without my knowledge or my consent.
